Thank you for visiting colonydevelopers.net.  We are a Real Estate Development company located in Corona Del Mar, CA.  We focus on infill projects in Southern California, including single family, multi-family, and commercial real estate.

Recently Completed 

We have just wrapped up a ten unit SFR development in Anaheim, in conjunction with the former Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.  The project was completed in four phases, and we are proud to have provided quality homes on excess land throughout the City.

Our Business

Our well-rounded team takes pride in tackling difficult projects.  We are currently focusing on Redevelopment projects in Southern California.  We are always interested in taking on new projects, and we take pride in being knowledgeable and flexible enough to structure any type of project.


 

Current Projects

We have partnered with the City of Lakewood on our current project.  We will be developing high quality, affordable rentals on various infill lots.  We are currently in the plan check phase of the project, and hope to begin construction in June 2012.

Certified 'green builders'

In 2008 we completed and sold the first house certified by 'Build it Green' in Southern California.  We intend to build all future projects according to these guidelines.  Some examples of Green building measures include:  The use of recycled materials in construction, such as concrete and insulation, water saving devices throughout the building, including fixtures, low water landscaping, and smart irrigation, enerygy saving  appliances, windows, insulation, etc., and many more.
